About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and interpret manufacturing data (e.g. Yield, Efficiency, OEE) to identify performance gaps and trends;
Identify root causes of operational issues across multiple factories;
Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable business insights;
Present findings to plant managers and global leadership in a structured, executive-friendly way;
Develop and maintain global benchmarking frameworks for factory performance;
Ensure consistency and comparability of KPIs across sites;
Identify and share best practices across the manufacturing network;
Collaborate with IT and data teams on reporting structures and data models;
Partner closely with Operations and Finance teams to support performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in data analysis, manufacturing analytics, or operational excellence;
Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs (e.g. OEE, yield, efficiency);
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, business-oriented way;
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills;
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement environments is a plus.
