About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the monitoring activities of digital assets, ensuring data quality, adherence to operational processes, and tracking of performance indicators to maintain network stability.
Supervise the monitoring team for Home and Shopping operations, ensuring compliance with established processes, KPIs, and service levels.
Provide technical and operational support to monitoring assistants, promoting alignment and efficiency in daily activities.
Monitor and control inventory levels of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate availability to meet operational demands.
Handle Level 2 (L2) technical issue resolution, offering specialized support to clients and internal teams.
Prepare, monitor and analyze controls related to equipment maintenance, asset retention, and online network monitoring.
Manage and track the area’s financial controls, including cost analysis, payments, reconciliations, and budget follow-up.
Oversee control of Invoices (Notas Fiscais - NFs) and Payment Receipts (Recibos de Pagamento - RPs), ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.
Develop management reports and performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements to monitoring and support processes.
Ensure effective communication among involved departments, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience supervising monitoring teams, operations, or technical support.
Knowledge of operational and financial performance indicators.
Experience with inventory control, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
Analytical skills, strong organization, and a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with management and monitoring tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in the OOH media segment, retail, operations, or related areas is desirable.
