About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, analyze and organize payment requests.
- Complete forms and internal systems to open payment processes.
- Check mandatory documentation and validate compliance with process requirements.
- Request additional information or documents when necessary.
- Forward processes for approval by the responsible areas.
- Monitor the progress of requests and follow up with stakeholders.
- Update tracking controls and spreadsheets. Ensure the organization and filing of documents related to the processes.
- Respond to inquiries and clarify doubts from internal clients about the payment workflow.
- Contribute to meeting the department’s deadlines and procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma.
- Experience in administrative and operational activities.
- Experience with payment processes, registration, or document control.
- Basic to intermediate Office package skills, especially Excel.
