About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive, analyze and organize payment requests.
  • Complete forms and internal systems to open payment processes.
  • Check mandatory documentation and validate compliance with process requirements.
  • Request additional information or documents when necessary.
  • Forward processes for approval by the responsible areas.
  • Monitor the progress of requests and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Update tracking controls and spreadsheets. Ensure the organization and filing of documents related to the processes.
  • Respond to inquiries and clarify doubts from internal clients about the payment workflow.
  • Contribute to meeting the department’s deadlines and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in administrative and operational activities.
  • Experience with payment processes, registration, or document control.
  • Basic to intermediate Office package skills, especially Excel.
