About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, operate, and optimize paid media campaigns directly on platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring efficient acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop and monitor acquisition strategies, exploring new channels and growth opportunities to expand results.
  • Manage CRM campaigns using RD Station Marketing, building automated nurture, activation, conversion, and retention flows.
  • Operate and evolve the WhatsApp communication strategy, adhering to governance rules, opt-in requirements, and customer relationship best practices.
  • Create and execute campaigns aligned with the different funnel stages (acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention), ensuring consistency and efficiency across the customer journey.
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze performance data, track KPIs, and generate insights for continuous optimization.
  • Design and run A/B tests and continuous optimizations of campaigns, journeys, and communications to maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement of channels and the customer journey.
  • Identify opportunities to increase recurrence and retention, proposing actions based on behavior and data.
  • Research references, trends, and growth benchmarks to continuously evolve the strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience with RD Station Marketing (CRM and automations).
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4 for KPI tracking and tracking implementation.
  • Ability to create and manage parameterized/UTM links for campaigns and landing pages.
  • Knowledge of sales funnel strategies and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with activation channels via WhatsApp and governance best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insight generation.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
