About the role

  • Work across the entire product discovery and delivery journey;
  • UX Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, etc.);
  • UX/UI Design for digital products (web and mobile);
  • Journey mapping and design (journey maps, navigation flows, service blueprints);
  • Figma (interface design, prototyping, components);
  • Translate business needs into product solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar);
  • Use AI to support research, ideation, and validation;
  • Document interface patterns and contribute to the design system;
  • Plan and conduct usability tests;
  • Produce reports, visual summaries, and supporting materials;
  • Analyze product and experience metrics (e.g., funnel, engagement, conversion, NPS/CSAT for digital channels);
  • Create user support materials (FAQs, tutorials, automated messages, microcopy).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, Communications, Technology, or related fields;
  • Proven experience with: UX/UI, research, digital product, agile methodologies, Figma, AI applied to design;
  • Previous experience: Minimum of 3 years in Product Designer or UX/UI roles.
