About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • New customer acquisition: You identify potential care providers and proactively reach out to them.
  • Needs analysis & qualification: You understand the challenges faced by your contacts.
  • Product presentation: You independently present hellomedOS and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Proposal & contract closing: You prepare proposals and conduct price negotiations.
  • Sales process & development: You maintain your contacts in our CRM system in a structured way.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales mentality: You want to win — with structure, persistence and genuine interest in your customers.
  • Initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
  • Self-motivation: You know what needs to be done next without being told.
  • Curiosity about care services: You don’t need to be a healthcare professional, but you can quickly put yourself in your customers’ world.
  • Strong communication skills: You can listen and build trust.
  • Technical openness: You adapt quickly to new software solutions.
  • Team player: You work closely with the founders and colleagues.
