About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • New customer acquisition: You identify potential care providers and proactively reach out to them — by phone and via video.
  • Conversation management & qualification: You conduct structured initial calls, listen attentively and uncover the challenges your contacts are facing.
  • Learning path through the full sales cycle: You actively support product presentations, price negotiations and contract signings — working directly alongside our experienced sales team.
  • Contact maintenance & continuous improvement: You keep your contacts organized in our CRM system and actively contribute market insights to improve our sales processes.

What you’ll need
  • Sales mentality: You want to win — making excuses about why something won’t work is boring to you.
  • Self-motivation: You know what needs to be done next without being told.
  • Ambitious willingness to learn: You don’t just want to get started — you want to become better faster than most.
  • Strong communication skills: You can listen, build trust and persuade stakeholders — on the phone as well as face-to-face.
  • Curiosity about the care sector: You don’t need prior industry experience, but you’re willing to engage seriously with what care professionals face every day.
  • Technical openness: You adapt quickly to new software solutions and see digital processes as tools, not obstacles.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus but not required. Graduates, entry-level candidates and career changers with drive are explicitly welcome.
