- Support care facilities through the implementation process of digital medication supply
- Train care staff on using the hellomedOS web app
- Ensure customer satisfaction and increase patient participation
- Analyze usage data and support on-site implementation and development
- Relay customer feedback to improve the service and product
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or customer success
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills for evaluating customer feedback and site data
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel (up to 1/3 of working time)
- Technical openness and a good understanding of digital applications
