You'll be joining our existing design team, reporting directly to our Design Lead.
Your days will be split between creating compelling marketing materials for HelloKindred's own brand and delivering exceptional design work for the clients we serve.
Think everything from infographics and sales decks to brand campaigns and event materials—a healthy mix that keeps things interesting.
You'll be the go-to person for turning complex business concepts into clear, visually engaging designs that resonate with professional audiences.
Whether it's a white paper that needs to look polished or a LinkedIn campaign that needs to stop the scroll, you'll bring strategic thinking and creative execution to every project.
Requirements
6–7+ years of graphic design experience, specifically in B2B environments
Background working in an agency setting or within an established organization's marketing team
A portfolio that showcases your work across various B2B deliverables: case studies, sales presentations, corporate brochures, event materials, digital campaigns, and more.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (this is non-negotiable).
Strong presentation design skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of AI design tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva's Magic Design, Figma AI features, Photoshop's generative fill, Beautiful.ai, or Gamma
