About the role

  • Serve as the direct line of contact for staffed associates for onboarding, post-placement coaching, support, and ongoing management
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and act as key point of contact for clients and associates
  • Ensure associates have everything needed to succeed and understand client expectations
  • Address issues, questions, or concerns with associates and clients
  • Assist associates in forming a plan to excel based on client feedback
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with associates
  • Identify areas for tailored support or learning and coordinate accordingly
  • Contribute to a supportive community for associates through communications and celebrations
  • Collaborate with departments to implement new systems and processes
  • Identify growth opportunities and carry out special projects supporting business development
  • Review associate hours to remediate billing issues and manage overtime claims and leave claims
  • Maintain people and account records in a tracking database
  • Coordinate with Finance, People Operations, Commercial to manage associate details and placement updates
  • Review and create Statements of Work (SOWs) based on client needs
  • Support Finance and Commercial teams to ensure timely invoices and payments
  • Build relationships with clients, gather feedback, and manage associate performance and expectations
  • Negotiate program renewals and change requests for placed associates
  • Seek areas of new business with clients and share full-service capabilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional working experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in people management, recruitment, client or project management
  • A recognized degree or diploma in a related discipline (beneficial)
  • Experience working globally
  • Experience in building and managing relationships and projects virtually
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing several critical projects and clients simultaneously
  • Ability to converse with clients at all levels and convey a clear message
  • Ability to convey clear goals and objectives to the team
  • Ability to verbally inspire teams to continually deliver better project outputs
  • Ability to express ideas clearly in writing
  • Must be able to prioritize work to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to work on many priority projects simultaneously
  • Builds a logical approach to address problems
  • Makes sound decisions based on fact
  • Ability to understand other cultures and ways of working
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship
