About the role
- Plan and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to regional and country business priorities, goals, and client needs, working closely with local marketing teams and partnering with campaign and divisional teams.
- Collaborate with business leadership and the ABM Director for Europe & LATAM to identify, prioritize, and develop ABM programs for key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights.
- Work with account teams, subject matter experts, and centers of excellence or agency partners to develop tailored messaging that positions the organization effectively with target stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of appropriate ABM tactics for global campaigns and brand initiatives, leveraging existing assets creatively while developing customized content and campaigns when needed.
- Establish measurable objectives for ABM programs aligned with global marketing KPIs, ensuring clear tracking to demonstrate ABM adoption, performance, and contribution to business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.
- Use insights and analytics to evolve ABM initiatives and focus on building marketing-impacted pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, business, marketing, communications, or digital agency environments.
- Understanding of multi-channel engagement data, behavioral insights, and predictive analytics to optimize client engagement.
- Strong client-centric mindset with the ability to translate client needs into targeted ABM programs aligned to business objectives.
- ABM industry training or accreditations beneficial but not required.
- Strong knowledge of digital engagement tools, search, interactive content, and modern marketing platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business models, value drivers, and account dynamics.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and contribute to a customer-centric culture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings and workshops, using open conversation to uncover insights and align teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through clear communication and active listening.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and consistently deliver results.
- Flexible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines independently.
- Results-oriented, with a proactive, action-driven approach.
- Comfortable working within a matrixed environment and collaborating across cultures.
