About the role
- Identify and research companies with a clear potential need for our services.
- Qualify inbound inquiries quickly and decisively.
- Validate fit, intent, timing, and budget before booking any meeting.
- Say no to opportunities that are misaligned, even if they sound interesting.
- Book meetings only when there is a clear business problem to solve.
- Prepare concise briefs for the leadership team before each call, highlighting context and risks.
- Keep pipeline information clean, structured, and up to date.
- Work closely with the CEO to refine focus, messaging, and targeting.
- Run highly targeted outbound outreach to founders and senior decision-makers.
Requirements
- Near-native English fluency, both written and spoken.
- Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and technical leaders.
- Ability to understand complex products and businesses quickly.
- Experience or strong exposure to Web3 products, companies, or ecosystems.
- Sharp judgment and comfort saying no.
- High ownership and autonomy.
- Interest in design, product, and technology.
- Experience in sales, consulting, or similar roles.
- English proficiency (non-negotiable).
