Requirements

  • Near-native English fluency, both written and spoken.
  • Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and technical leaders.
  • Ability to understand complex products and businesses quickly.
  • Experience or strong exposure to Web3 products, companies, or ecosystems.
  • Sharp judgment and comfort saying no.
  • High ownership and autonomy.
  • Interest in design, product, and technology.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or similar roles.
  • English proficiency (non-negotiable).
