About the role

  • Create and update copy across platforms and initiatives, including: Website and homepage copy and landing pages, Drip campaigns, SMS flows and WhatsApp communication, Copy checks for all B2C initiatives
  • Coordinate with therapists for content production and publishing, reporting and ongoing optimisation
  • Support and help run key PR processes: Pitch ideas, coordination plus psychological reviews, Taking over selected PR interviews (depending on experience)
  • Support in areas like: Partner and Influencer Collaborations, Newsletter coordination, Editorial processes and article & content creation

Requirements

  • A psychology or therapy background (M.Sc. Psychology, psychotherapist training/qualification, or comparable)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in German (native or C2 Level) and English
  • A strong sense for responsible mental health communication
  • Solid experience in content marketing, copywriting and/or social media (mid-level; you can manage day-to-day delivery confidently)
  • Strong quality standards: you know how to avoid overpromising, keep claims clean, and create content that is safe and stigma-sensitive
  • A structured, proactive working style and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
