About the role
- Be part of the marketing and social strategy conversation; contribute to content creation, platform management, scheduling, posting, identify and execute on cultural trends and community management for brand social channels
- Manage tactical PR requests and approvals internally
- Analyze first and third party data to uncover insights and trends, translating them into clear, actionable storytelling that informs strategy and content
- Identify cultural and audience trends to inform campaign planning and develop marketing tentpoles
- Monitor and analyze social performance data to uncover insights and inform creative and strategic decisions
- Manage content calendars and help with day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and coordination
- Facilitate external talent conversations and deliverables, as necessary
- Track marketing channel measures and identify key areas of growth
- Support the marketing leadership team with insights, cross channel planning and tactical execution
- Manages marketing assets and ensures messaging is consistent across channels
- Collaborate with social leads to produce and execute supporting content for projects and company priorities
- Work with social and marketing team on reporting and analytics.
- Hands-on content creation: Use your filming, video editing and content creation skills to produce elevated content with relevant apps and tools
- Community management and building across all social media channels. An innate understanding of social media trends, strategy, data, and conversations
- Understanding audience sentiment to create content that shapes the culture and drives reach and engagement
- Understand and serve as the voice of the channel/ brand to deliver an authentic, audience-centric content experience
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z trends, creator economy, pop-culture, and influencer space.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Skilled in content ideation, content creation, video editing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, Hootsuite).
- Strong writing and communication skills for community engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to craft compelling, platform-native copy across social and marketing materials
- Ability to analyze social insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
