About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage international sales regions and continuously develop existing customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and systematically pursue leads and sales potential.
- Conduct regular customer visits and sustainably grow existing business relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and expand long-term customer relationships through personal visits.
- Analyze market and competitor developments and derive concrete sales measures.
- Prepare meaningful sales reports, dashboards and performance analyses.
- Optimize existing sales processes and implement improvement measures.
- Maintain customer data and ensure high data quality.
- Collaborate with various teams to successfully implement sales initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or comparable commercial qualification.
- At least three years’ professional experience in sales, inside sales, business development or a comparable role.
- Ideally experience in a manufacturing or technically oriented industrial environment.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and modern BI and ERP systems.
- Understanding of sales processes and the ability to assess market potential in a structured way.
- Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1).
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%.
