About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage international sales regions and continuously develop existing customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and systematically pursue leads and sales potential.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and sustainably grow existing business relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing and expand long-term customer relationships through personal visits.
  • Analyze market and competitor developments and derive concrete sales measures.
  • Prepare meaningful sales reports, dashboards and performance analyses.
  • Optimize existing sales processes and implement improvement measures.
  • Maintain customer data and ensure high data quality.
  • Collaborate with various teams to successfully implement sales initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or comparable commercial qualification.
  • At least three years’ professional experience in sales, inside sales, business development or a comparable role.
  • Ideally experience in a manufacturing or technically oriented industrial environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and modern BI and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of sales processes and the ability to assess market potential in a structured way.
  • Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%.
