About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independent management of international sales regions and continuous development of existing customer relationships.
  • Identification of new business opportunities and systematic follow-up of leads.
  • Regular customer visits and sustainable development of business relationships.
  • Price negotiations and building long-term customer relationships through personal engagement.
  • Analysis of market and competitor developments and derivation of concrete sales actions.
  • Preparation of meaningful sales reports and performance analyses.
  • Optimization of existing sales processes and actively driving improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree or equivalent commercial qualification.
  • At least three years of professional experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or a comparable role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or technically oriented industrial environment is preferred.
  • Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as modern BI and ERP systems.
  • Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%.
