About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent management of international sales regions and continuous development of existing customer relationships.
- Identification of new business opportunities and systematic follow-up of leads.
- Regular customer visits and sustainable development of business relationships.
- Price negotiations and building long-term customer relationships through personal engagement.
- Analysis of market and competitor developments and derivation of concrete sales actions.
- Preparation of meaningful sales reports and performance analyses.
- Optimization of existing sales processes and actively driving improvement initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or equivalent commercial qualification.
- At least three years of professional experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or a comparable role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technically oriented industrial environment is preferred.
- Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as modern BI and ERP systems.
- Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level).
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%.
