Inside Sales Manager – Team Lead Inside Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will manage the commercial performance of the Inside Sales team with a focus on revenue, margin and strategic account development.
- You will actively develop your team, promoting commercial maturity and ownership at all levels.
- You will optimize sales processes, pipeline quality and closing rates through clear structures and KPI-driven management.
- You will ensure coordination between Sales, Logistics, Engineering and other interfaces.
- You will identify operational bottlenecks and drive sustainable process improvements.
- Together with another leader, you will assume responsibility for adjacent operational areas such as Order Management and Vendor Coordination.
- You will ensure that commercial decisions are operationally feasible and economically sound.
- You will initiate cross-functional improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have several years of experience in a leadership role in B2B sales or Inside Sales.
- You have proven responsibility for revenue, margin and strategic customer development.
- You have experience in developing and leading commercial teams across different seniority levels.
- You understand operational processes such as order fulfillment, supply chains or vendor management and can actively manage them.
- You influence stakeholders across departments and create alignment even without direct authority.
- You think strategically, act pragmatically and consistently drive topics to completion.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- You have business-fluent German (minimum C1) and business-fluent English (minimum C1).
