About the role
- Manage and expand the sales territory in Bavaria.
- Acquire new customers and develop a sustainable partner and client network.
- Support existing customers and manage ongoing projects.
- Build long-term customer relationships and conduct regular customer visits.
- Actively increase sales and market presence.
- Provide comprehensive product consultation and support order processing.
- Work closely with inside sales, technical support, and sales management.
- Professionally represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in field sales or technical sales.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong ability to close deals.
- Independent, reliable, and results-oriented working style.
- High self-motivation and enthusiasm for active sales.
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the electrical wholesale sector, construction industry, security, or building services engineering is an advantage.
- Fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (ideally B-level).
