About the role

  • Manage and expand the sales territory in Bavaria.
  • Acquire new customers and develop a sustainable partner and client network.
  • Support existing customers and manage ongoing projects.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and conduct regular customer visits.
  • Actively increase sales and market presence.
  • Provide comprehensive product consultation and support order processing.
  • Work closely with inside sales, technical support, and sales management.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in field sales or technical sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong ability to close deals.
  • Independent, reliable, and results-oriented working style.
  • High self-motivation and enthusiasm for active sales.
  • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the electrical wholesale sector, construction industry, security, or building services engineering is an advantage.
  • Fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (ideally B-level).
