Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain Medicare provider enrollments across multiple entities
Attain and maintain Medicaid enrollment in applicable states
Complete reporting obligations associated with active licenses
Maintain CMS ACCESS participation
Monitor enrollment and licensing deadlines
Maintain a centralized database of compliance requirements
Respond to external audit requests from partners and clients
Maintain compliance policies and procedures
Field compliance inquiries and review requests from internal stakeholders
Develop and administer compliance training programs
Coordinate annual compliance training cycles
Support the Vice President, Compliance with regulatory research and compliance oversight

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, licensing, or a related field
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment
Familiarity with CMS and Medicaid systems
Experience maintaining compliance policies and procedures
Background developing and delivering compliance training programs
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams
Experience working across multiple corporate entities preferred
American Bar Association-approved legal education strongly preferred
