About the role
- Reports directly to the VP of Sales Operations and works closely with cross-functional teams, focusing on supporting the Growth team.
- Critically evaluate data, resolve conflicts, and make day-to-day decisions to preserve data integrity.
- Support creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and list views, including reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with data projects, including scrubbing, enriching, imports, exports, and deduplication.
- Perform quality reviews and take appropriate actions promptly.
- Support and maintain incoming requests & assignments in Asana and help establish an Agile and Sprint environment.
- Drive successful CRM end-user adoption by documenting processes, making configuration decisions, and supporting system changes.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements that increase productivity and meet project management targets.
- Provide prompt and reliable advice, manage escalations, and promote trust with internal clients.
- Support interdepartmental projects with data and operational insights.
- QA test and validate custom configuration and/or development, and provide feedback to ensure accurate deployment.
- Troubleshoot and overcome barriers while aligning initiatives with corporate strategies.
- Manage and adapt to rapidly changing priorities by appropriately shifting focus and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Salesforce Associate certification is highly desirable; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of Salesforce Admin/power user experience (preferably in a technology or startup environment).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Tableau is a plus.
- Data Tools Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, SQL, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Data Wizard and Data Loader knowledge is key.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data and recommendations clearly.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Aptitude for identifying root causes and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Experience in the healthcare, medtech, or technology industry is a plus.
- Willingness to learn other technologies/platforms as needed.
