Vice President, Medical Affairs
Hello Heart. Partner with our Commercial team by delivering to prospects, clients, and partners the Hello Heart value proposition and product overview, as well as answering their questions/objections .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with our Commercial team by delivering to prospects, clients, and partners the Hello Heart value proposition and product overview, as well as answering their questions/objections
- Speak to the Hello Heart solution and its value proposition at speaking engagements, with typical conferences including employer benefits conferences, health plan conferences, etc.
- Effectively collaborate with members of cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Consultant Relations, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and deliver prospect and client-facing expertise
- Mentor and help lead the Medical Affairs team
- Provide feedback and create purpose-built content to improve the solution and support the sales process focused on Hello Heart Solutions
- Learn and understand the various tools utilized by our Commercial teams, driving further enablement and adding value
- Serve as a clinical and solutions SME for internal teams and during meetings with prospects, partners, consultants, and existing clients to understand our differentiators and to drive excitement about our value proposition
- Develop and maintain intra-company relationships consistent with our values
- Assist with clinical and solution responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
- Serve as a company-wide internal resource on the enablement of product features and research activities
- Execute high-level sales presentations for our most valued partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctor of Medicine degree (MD), board-certified in Cardiology, highly preferred
- Previous experience working with Product and Solutions teams, ideally within a healthcare technology organization.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment, ideally with previous experience working within a startup organization.
- Excellent poise and presentation skills
- Ability to travel approximately 40%
