About the role

  • About Hello Heart: provides an app and connected heart monitor to help people track and manage heart health
  • Role: Senior Data Analyst to update, maintain, and run accurate and innovative client reporting
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting and uncover product and marketing insights to drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to create and present high-quality client reporting for F500 clients
  • Summarize and analyze clinical outcomes, feature usage, and data trends for marketing and commercial materials
  • Participate in strategic client meetings as the analytical point of contact for accounts
  • Define data collection across functions and systems to support reporting and analysis
  • Use SQL to update, build, and maintain data pipelines that support GTM decisions
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, finance, product, and sales teams

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience with advanced skills in SQL, reporting, data analysis, and/or visualization
  • 5+ years of experience with Python for data analytics / data science projects
  • 5+ years of experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Professional experience in value analytics and client reporting supporting GTM teams (Sales, Commercial, Customer Success, etc)
  • A powerhouse data analyst: data-driven and excited to analyze complex data sets
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in utilizing GenAI for improving efficiency
  • Client facing and able to present data insights to technical and non-technical clients
  • Strong data skills: data hygiene, sanity checks, etc.
  • Highly independent with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and adapt to change
  • Strong team player able to work cross-functionally
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Preferred: Experience working with medical claims data
  • Preferred: Experience working with data pipelines (e.g Apache Airflow, Databricks)
  • Preferred: Experience preparing data visualization for executive stakeholders
