About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver strong shortlists, fast: Ensure every open role has a steady flow of high-quality, values-aligned candidates ready for interview
- Screen around 400–500 CVs and run 15–20 structured video calls per week
- Deliver 5–8 strong shortlisted candidates per role within 2–3 weeks
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers: Ensure every interaction is clear, timely, and respectful
- Keep candidate statuses and notes in BambooHR accurate and up to date each day
- Share concise daily summaries (CVs screened, interviews completed, shortlists delivered, and key blockers)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-5 years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Structured, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable using tools like BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Slack
- Based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time
