About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver strong shortlists, fast: Ensure every open role has a steady flow of high-quality, values-aligned candidates ready for interview
  • Screen around 400–500 CVs and run 15–20 structured video calls per week
  • Deliver 5–8 strong shortlisted candidates per role within 2–3 weeks
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers: Ensure every interaction is clear, timely, and respectful
  • Keep candidate statuses and notes in BambooHR accurate and up to date each day
  • Share concise daily summaries (CVs screened, interviews completed, shortlists delivered, and key blockers)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-5 years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and consistent
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using tools like BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Slack
  • Based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time
