About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver strong shortlists, fast: Ensure every open role has a steady flow of high-quality, values-aligned candidates ready for interview
Screen around 400–500 CVs and run 15–20 structured video calls per week
Deliver 5–8 strong shortlisted candidates per role within 2–3 weeks
Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers: Ensure every interaction is clear, timely, and respectful
Keep candidate statuses and notes in BambooHR accurate and up to date each day
Share concise daily summaries (CVs screened, interviews completed, shortlists delivered, and key blockers)

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-5 years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Structured, detail-oriented, and consistent
Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable using tools like BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Slack
Based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time
