From scale-up to market leader: shape our technical core.
As Product Owner (m/f/d) at hello again in Leonding, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our B2B SaaS platform.
You will lead the Dashboard/Server team, make well-founded system decisions and ensure the global scalability of our solution.
Your main task is strategic product leadership and ensuring a reliable and high-performance delivery by our Dashboard/Server team.
You define the long-term vision and are responsible for setting objectives for our product area in close coordination with the Head of Development and management.
You manage a complex backlog and optimize the value stream through consistent prioritization and strict scope management.
You establish processes to measure implementation performance (the team’s output), manage resources and ensure dependable and transparent delivery capability.
You communicate with developers on equal terms and make well-founded assessments of deep system and architecture decisions to ensure the stability and future viability of our platform.
You actively evaluate the potential and are responsible for implementing AI integrations into our B2B SaaS product to create a clear competitive advantage.
You proactively manage the expectations and requirements of all internal partners (management, sales, marketing) and ensure transparent alignment.
You are hands-on responsible for expanding our AI-driven features, build prototypes yourself with modern AI tools, validate them directly with customers and drive adoption across our customer base.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Technical excellence: Deep technical understanding that enables you to communicate with developers on equal terms about architecture and server-related topics.
Prioritization strength: The ability to make analytically based decisions with full ownership to execute the roadmap in a focused, results-oriented manner.
Strategic communication skills: Confidently manage stakeholder expectations and present complex issues clearly to all levels of the organization.
Proactive working style: A highly structured, solution-oriented and self-driven approach to new challenges.
AI hands-on mindset: You use AI tools daily in your work, have built prototypes yourself (e.g., with Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable) and have a well-founded view on how the Product role will change in the coming years.
Language skills: Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
