Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You proactively acquire strategic key account customers in Spain or Poland and in the DACH region.
- You independently take responsibility for the entire sales process — from prospecting and product presentations, through proposal preparation and contract negotiation, to successful project closing.
- You report directly to our Co-Founder and Head of Business Development and act as the central interface to internal stakeholders (inside sales, marketing, project management and fulfillment).
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in national and/or international sales (ideally in B2B and/or SaaS) and can demonstrate a track record of success.
- Your intercultural competence supports you in winning new customers.
- You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 40%).
- You are as passionate about digitalization as you are about customer retention.
- You are business-fluent in German and English, and either Spanish or Polish. Additional languages are a plus.
