Sales Manager, Spain, Poland, DACH region

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the driving force behind our international expansion.
- You proactively acquire strategic key accounts in Spain or Poland and in the DACH region, actively shaping our market presence.
- You take full ownership of the entire sales process independently — from prospecting and product presentations, through proposal preparation and contract negotiation, to successful project closing.
- You report directly to our Co‑Founder and Head of Business Development and act as the central interface to internal stakeholders (inside sales, marketing, project management, and fulfillment).
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have proven experience in national and international sales (ideally B2B and/or SaaS) with a track record of success.
- You have a hunter mentality: your intercultural competence supports you in acquiring new clients.
- You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 40%).
- You are as passionate about digitalisation as you are about customer retention.
- You do more than present well — you persuade: professionally, authentically, and with a constant focus on your interlocutors’ needs.
- You are performance-oriented, willing to go the extra mile, and eager to develop further.
- You speak German, English, and Spanish or Polish fluently for negotiations; additional languages are a plus.
