About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the European Head of Operations in day-to-day operational and organizational tasks
- Prepare and compile meetings, presentations, reports and decision papers
- Coordinate and follow up on appointments, tasks and actions
- Support collaboration and communication with various European locations and departments
- Independently handle smaller projects in process management and supply chain
- Analyze existing processes and KPIs and identify potential improvements
- Support the development and implementation of process optimizations and operational measures
- Produce analyses, process documentation and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree program
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working
- Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with data and processes
- Initiative and the ability to drive tasks forward independently
- Confident and professional manner when interacting with different stakeholders
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in logistics, operations and international business processes
- First practical experience in logistics, supply chain, project management or process management is an advantage
