About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the European Head of Operations in day-to-day operational and organizational tasks
  • Prepare and compile meetings, presentations, reports and decision papers
  • Coordinate and follow up on appointments, tasks and actions
  • Support collaboration and communication with various European locations and departments
  • Independently handle smaller projects in process management and supply chain
  • Analyze existing processes and KPIs and identify potential improvements
  • Support the development and implementation of process optimizations and operational measures
  • Produce analyses, process documentation and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree program
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working
  • Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with data and processes
  • Initiative and the ability to drive tasks forward independently
  • Confident and professional manner when interacting with different stakeholders
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in logistics, operations and international business processes
  • First practical experience in logistics, supply chain, project management or process management is an advantage
