Key responsibilities & impact

Development of bespoke customer solutions: Designing tailored logistics solutions for our clients across a variety of industries and taking full ownership of the entire tender process
Understanding customer requirements: Analyzing complex data structures and identifying relationships and dependencies to develop customer-specific solutions that are precisely aligned with client needs
Competitive and cost-efficient pricing: End-to-end responsibility for the complete costing of the logistics concept, preparation of proposals including pricing and commercial assumptions
Independent, accountable project management: Planning processes, material flows and creating warehouse layouts while considering current innovations, market trends and automation opportunities
Collaboration: Close coordination with diverse internal and external stakeholders across all project topics to jointly develop innovative concepts
Successful and persuasive client presentations: Preparing and presenting tailored solutions directly to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ambitious project manager: Passion for project management and a successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration (BWL), supply chain management or logistics
Experience: Several years of professional experience in project management, business development or solution engineering within logistics or contract logistics
Initiative: High degree of independence, accuracy, sense of responsibility and a strong hands-on mentality
Core competencies: Strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking; experience with REFA and MTM time modules
Communication skills: Convincing communication and enthusiasm, especially in client presentations
Language skills and willingness to travel: Business-fluent German and English, plus readiness for travel and project assignments
