About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the central point of contact and are responsible for the success of implementation projects across Europe
Lead and coordinate the team with responsibility for quality and results in all project phases — from takeover after solution design through ensuring a smooth handover to Operations
Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, codes of conduct, and all regulatory and legal requirements
Maintain a strong focus on risk management, including mitigation plans, and rigorous cost management and control
Foster close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all project topics to jointly develop innovative concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for project management and a successfully completed degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
Several years of professional experience in project management, business development, or solution engineering within logistics or contract logistics
A high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
Strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking; experience with REFA and MTM time modules is an advantage
Persuasive communication skills and the ability to inspire, especially during customer presentations
Business-fluent German and English, and willingness to travel and undertake project assignments
