About the role

  • Provide technical support for a business-critical corporate application.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Manage and monitor our Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to implement business solutions.
  • Collaborate with WiseTech upstream provider.
  • Document technical procedures and operational processes.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent vocational training with at least 3 years of experience in system administration and/or application support.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server, Microsoft ActiveDirectory Services and IIS.
  • Understanding of XML EDI Interface.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience in a multicultural or multilingual environment is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in English; ideally also German or additional languages.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including participation in on-call duties for up to two weeks per quarter.
