About the role
- Actively develop production-grade code and assume overall technical ownership.
- Provide technical leadership to a small senior AI team (3–4 engineers).
- Design the architecture for training, inference, and deployment of language models to meet high-load and real-time requirements.
- Improve context handling, memory mechanisms, retrieval approaches, and response quality.
- Define and drive fine-tuning and post-training strategies.
- Build precise moderation and classification solutions for adult / NSFW content, balancing safety with model quality and user freedom.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and/or machine learning.
- Proven responsibility for AI or LLM systems serving millions of users in production.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Practical experience with fine-tuning, data preparation, and model steering.
- Comfortable working with adult / NSFW content within clearly defined technical and safety boundaries.
- Based in Europe and able to collaborate reliably within European time zones.
