About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Function as a mediator between the partners and the company for any matters that may arise.
Assist brokers with system/process issues
Process changes requests after issuance (endorsements, cancellations, BM changes)
Coordinate with the Product Team regarding any platform issues that may occur.
Facilitates renewal processes with brokers
Provide policy copies, certificates and proof of insurance at the client’s requests
Handle the Broker’s portal administration.
Provide support via phone call for any inquiries regarding policies from customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of insurance distribution processes
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English.
Excellent organizational skills.
Great attention to detail.
Tech-savvy.
Business-oriented.
Certificate of Completion of Initial Professional Training for Insurance and/or Reinsurance Distributors, Executive Manager Professional Category is considered a plus.
