About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer relationships and projects for your assigned client accounts
- Proactively manage client campaigns, organizing internal and external resources to achieve superior results for customers
- Give customers a great experience through the entire course of their campaign
- Create professional and accurate monthly reports for clients
- Conduct regular calls with your clients
- Liaison between your clients and the team of SEO, SEM, & CRO engineers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English, speaking and writing
- Must have client-facing experience (yes, Zoom is ok!) and feel personally invested in client success
- B2B client relationship management experience within a digital marketing agency
- You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize and see projects through to completion
- Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously
- High sensitivity to client happiness
- Calm under pressure
- Highly skilled communicator
- Extremely self-aware and continually strive to improve
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Extremely goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy
- Experience in planning and executing SEO, social media, content, and local search marketing campaigns
- Experience with WordPress and basic HTML, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Hubspot, and other SEO analytics tools
- Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other industry digital marketing and analytics tools are preferred.
