About the role

  • Leverage advanced tools like ZoomInfo and Koncert to identify and engage potential clients
  • Use consultative selling techniques to connect with prospects and create meaningful business relationships (all over the phone!)
  • Qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, and maintain meticulous records in our HubSpot CRM
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions that will sharpen your professional skills

Requirements

  • Cold calling/prospecting experience
  • Thrives in a high-energy, high-volume communication environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn
  • Foundational understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales, call center, CSR, or customer service role (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot is our tool)
  • Some knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Strong research and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to work 40 hours a week, standard business hours
