About the role
- Leverage advanced tools like ZoomInfo and Koncert to identify and engage potential clients
- Use consultative selling techniques to connect with prospects and create meaningful business relationships (all over the phone!)
- Qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, and maintain meticulous records in our HubSpot CRM
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions that will sharpen your professional skills
Requirements
- Cold calling/prospecting experience
- Thrives in a high-energy, high-volume communication environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
- Foundational understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience in sales, call center, CSR, or customer service role (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot is our tool)
- Some knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Strong research and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work 40 hours a week, standard business hours
