About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the creative strategy behind paid media campaigns.
- Develop creative strategies designed to improve ROAS, lower CPA, and increase conversion.
- Build creative concepts based on audience insights and trends.
- Identify customer pain points and motivations for targeted messaging.
- Create detailed creative briefs for design teams.
- Optimize creative performance through structured testing and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in performance creative strategy, paid social creative, growth marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, luxury, wellness, fashion, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven success creating performance-driven creative for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer journey.
- Experience partnering with paid media teams to optimize creative performance.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into creative recommendations.
- Excellent creative briefing and communication skills.
