About the role

  • Process and book all accounting transactions in Exact Online with accuracy and consistency
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable end-to-end: vendor inquiries, customer follow-ups, and missing receipt tracking
  • Post and allocate bank transactions daily
  • Prepare weekly payment runs through internal approval processes
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities under the guidance of the Financial Controller
  • Maintain company asset registers in Exact Online and supporting tools
  • Document your workflows, so the entire team can use and build on them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations
  • Solid understanding of core accounting principles: purchase entries, bank reconciliations, supplier vs. customer flows
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Be comfortable working with multiple financial operating systems Exact Online, and other
  • Process-driven mindset: you follow calendars, steps, and deadlines without shortcuts
  • Ownership of your tasks. You finish work the same day when possible, escalate when something is unclear, and document answers, so questions only get asked once
  • Learning mindset and logical thinking.
