- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics or Mathematics related field of study
- Obtained your Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
- Minimum final grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Career aspirations to attain a Fellowship designation
- Demonstrated math and analytical skills
- Previous work experience within the insurance industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communications
