• Partner with an existing team to ensure the overall health, stability, and strategic evolution of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise.
• Lead platform governance, oversee technical delivery, and partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow enables efficient, scalable, and compliant digital workflows.
• Balance platform operations, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement, while guiding teams and vendors to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned to organizational priorities.
• Work with the existing team to fully develop the end-to-end ServiceNow platform strategy, including roadmap development, feature adoption, and lifecycle planning.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Enforce and mature platform governance policies, development standards, and architectural best practices.

ServiceNow Platform Manager

Security Engineer

• Develop and deploy the overall network security posture for the edge, backbone, datacenter, and cloud
• Responsible for the implementation and administration of network security hardware and software by providing direction to a team of network engineers including managed service engineers
• Enforce Genworth network security policies and ensure that all compliance activities are executed in a timely manner
• Improve documentation and reporting capabilities
• Collaborate with other teams, leads and vendors to own Genworth’s network security initiatives and strategy both on premise and in the cloud
• Provide technical direction and insight for problem management, projects, and operations
• Provide operational support for a multi-vendor, multi-region production network
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Provide oversight on security policy implementation
• Identify, test, and integrate new and replacement network security products and capabilities
• Understand compliance requirements and perform periodic audits of the network security tools to ensure that policies are appropriately enforced
• Assist in migration to a Secure Service Edge platform, such as Palo Alto Prisma Access
