About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the retail team in driving growth across key retail accounts: Walmart and Target digital businesses
- Lead day-to-day management of eCommerce operations, sales performance, forecasting, promotional execution, and digital business analytics while identifying opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and operational effectiveness
- Partner closely with retailer contacts and cross-functional teams across beauty and wellness brands to ensure successful execution of digital commerce initiatives
- Analyze business performance trends and develop actionable recommendations to improve sales, traffic, conversion, and operational metrics
- Own digital shelf excellence including content quality, search optimization, ratings & reviews, assortment health, and conversion performance
- Manage execution of promotional programs, seasonal events, and assortment changes across retailer platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, omnichannel sales, customer development, sales operations, or related commercial roles
- Experience working with Walmart, Walmart.com, Target, and/or Target.com businesses
- Experience supporting marketplace and omnichannel models, including 1P, 3P (marketplace), and integrated commerce strategies
- Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20% - This role requires reliable transportation to travel to various locations; a valid driver’s license is required depending on region
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
