About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in tax compliance, audit management, and tax planning in a multi-national and multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Review federal, state, and international tax returns prepared by third parties and prepare other tax filings completed in-house.
  • Participate in the quarterly and year-end tax provisions and tax account balance reconciliations of the international subsidiaries.
  • Maintain tax depreciation, control logs of deliverables, and compliance requirements (transaction, property and/or income taxes, and other informational reporting).
  • Participate in the income tax concepts of non-US subsidiaries in tax examination inquiries.
  • Research sophisticated federal, state, and international tax issues across a broad range of taxes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in relevant fields: accounting, business administration, economics, finance.
  • 4+ years of tax experience.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Suite; especially MS Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Experience in multinational and sophisticated structures, and fast-paced environments.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • CPA license (preferred).
  • Oracle, Hyperion, Workiva Track Record (preferred).
  • Experience in international tax concepts, inbound, outbound, and non-US (preferred).
  • Experience in the consumer products industry (preferred).
