About the role
- Serve as an HR business partner and lead all aspects of human resources strategies for Shared Services teams
- Ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Collaborate with leadership and executive teams to align and implement HR programs
- Provide counsel and advice on HR initiatives
- Analyze and address current employee capabilities and future training needs
- Work with leadership and HR to roll out training and talent management initiatives
- Develop, align, interpret, and execute company policies
- Champion culture initiatives and enhance employee engagement
- Provide advice, coaching, and guidance on HR-related issues
- Support teams both in the office and working remotely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of proven experience in human resources with significant time spent advising non-HR senior management and executives
- PHR or SHRM-CP designation or an additional year of experience required
- Experience developing HR policies and practices
- Excellent knowledge of US labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
- Experience using an enterprise HR system such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
