About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operation Management: Ensure the full functioning of the Shopify platform in the US (catalog, integrations, checkout and UX).
- Commercial Planning: Execute the campaign calendar aligned with US seasonal dates and global launches.
- Performance & Growth: Analyze KPIs (CAC, ROI, Conversion, LTV) and direct agencies on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok campaigns.
- Direct Digital Sales: Support the evolution of the digital resale model, focusing on usability and channel support.
- Continuous Optimization: Conduct A/B tests, implement SEO/CRO strategies and monitor the sales funnel.
- Strategic Interface: Manage relationships with international stakeholders, technology vendors and logistics/gateway partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Shopify expertise: Strong command of the platform and its integrations.
- Analytical mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics, advanced Excel and a data-driven approach.
- Digital Marketing: Solid experience managing paid media and CRM/automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields. Postgraduate qualification in digital areas is a plus.
- Advanced English: For interaction and platform operations with external markets.
- Profile: Entrepreneurial attitude, agility in decision-making and ease adapting to dynamic scenarios.
