About the role
- Advising and following up with prospective students, primarily by phone and video meetings
- Managing prospect and enrollment lists in our CRM system
- Handling administrative registration processes, including assistance with funding applications (BAföG and similar)
- Ordering materials, course planning, and course openings
- Participant and course administration, including communication with funding bodies
- Preparation of certificates and diplomas, and organization of conferences and other educational events
Requirements
- Commercial, administrative, or technical vocational training
- Ideally, experience in administrative roles within educational organizations
- Confident in using and learning software applications
- Fluent in German
