About the role

  • Advising and following up with prospective students, primarily by phone and video meetings
  • Managing prospect and enrollment lists in our CRM system
  • Handling administrative registration processes, including assistance with funding applications (BAföG and similar)
  • Ordering materials, course planning, and course openings
  • Participant and course administration, including communication with funding bodies
  • Preparation of certificates and diplomas, and organization of conferences and other educational events

Requirements

  • Commercial, administrative, or technical vocational training
  • Ideally, experience in administrative roles within educational organizations
  • Confident in using and learning software applications
  • Fluent in German
