About the role
- Handling all administrative and organizational secretarial tasks within the front- and back-office team
- Organizing and managing workflows and office operations
- Maintaining customer master data in various IT systems
- Appointment coordination, room scheduling, and preparation and follow-up for meetings
- Professional handling of correspondence
- Administrative support for management and school leadership
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training as an office management clerk (Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work primarily in the afternoon hours (Mon–Fri)
- Professional customer and service orientation
- Strong team skills
- Commitment, resilience, and reliability
- Experience in a school office/secretariat and in an assistant role is desirable
- Enjoyment working with and for people with disabilities
