- Performing general commercial/administrative office tasks and organizing the office
- Handling incoming correspondence and project-related administrative tasks

Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the administrative/secretarial field
- Very good knowledge of and confident use of common MS Office programs
- Reliable, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude and professional competence
