About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in managing existing retail partners and marketplace platforms
  • Assist with maintaining and updating product data (copy, images, specifications, EANs, prices, availability)
  • Support assortment and listing management on marketplaces (similar to the Amazon model)
  • Analyze sales data and sell-through figures by retailer/platform
  • Support communication with retail partners (product information, updates, new releases)
  • Work on optimizing product presentations (PDPs) and brand presence on marketplaces
  • Support onboarding and testing of new platforms
  • Research and identify new retail and B2B partners (online & brick-and-mortar, national and international)
  • Conduct structured outreach to potential retail partners (e.g., email, LinkedIn, phone) in close coordination
  • Assist in qualifying leads and preparing initial meetings
  • Help prepare presentations / line sheets / offer packages for new partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are enrolled in a degree program or comparable training in business administration, retail, e‑commerce, marketing, retail management, or a related field
  • Interest in retail, marketplaces, platform economics, and the consumer goods industry
  • Basic understanding of retail structures, online marketplaces, and sales models is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and a good sense for numbers, relationships, and trends
  • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • Willingness to treat wholesale & marketplaces as your own project and to contribute actively
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
