About the role
- Accounting & Financial Management
- Preparation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitoring payment transactions
- Booking travel expenses and credit card statements
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and analyses
- Sales Support & Order Processing
- Assisting the sales team with the preparation of quotes, orders, order confirmations, invoices and dunning notices
- Maintaining customer data and supporting administrative sales tasks
- Process Optimization & Projects
- Participating in the implementation of new software solutions
- Supporting the optimization of internal workflows and processes
- Administration & Assistance
- General office duties and document management
- Communication and coordination with external service providers
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree
- Professional experience in accounting
- Business-fluent German, ideally fluent English
- Experience with DATEV (or other accounting software), Google Workspace and Slack is an advantage
