About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Full ownership of a portfolio of public sector and enterprise customers
  • Driving adoption, engagement, and long-term success across your accounts
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders - from IT teams to C-level executives
  • Identifying and executing on upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning
  • Monitoring account health, mitigating churn risk, and improving retention
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver customer value
  • Delivering accurate forecasting and quota attainment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar (SaaS/IT/cybersecurity preferred)
  • A commercial mindset - comfortable owning revenue targets and driving growth
  • Experience working with enterprise customers (public sector is a strong plus)
  • Strong communication skills - able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach with understanding of ARR, forecasting, and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, or IT solutions (nice to have)
  • Experience with MEDDPICC (a plus)
