About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full ownership of a portfolio of public sector and enterprise customers
- Driving adoption, engagement, and long-term success across your accounts
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders - from IT teams to C-level executives
- Identifying and executing on upsell and expansion opportunities
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning
- Monitoring account health, mitigating churn risk, and improving retention
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver customer value
- Delivering accurate forecasting and quota attainment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar (SaaS/IT/cybersecurity preferred)
- A commercial mindset - comfortable owning revenue targets and driving growth
- Experience working with enterprise customers (public sector is a strong plus)
- Strong communication skills - able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
- Data-driven approach with understanding of ARR, forecasting, and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, or IT solutions (nice to have)
- Experience with MEDDPICC (a plus)
