About the role

  • Welcoming and receiving clients, business partners and suppliers
  • Managing the switchboard, main entrance & internal doors, mail and couriers
  • Preparing and supporting meetings, conference rooms and events
  • Ordering, managing and handling company beverages, catering, office supplies, company equipment and tools
  • Monitoring cleanliness and overseeing cleaning services for the premises
  • Inspecting rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and equipment during daily operations
  • Managing our stockroom, keys and access transponders
  • Running errands
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping/preparatory accounting tasks

Requirements

  • Friendly, reliable, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Enjoys varied tasks and can complete them independently and efficiently
  • Very good German and English, both written and spoken
