About the role
- Welcoming and receiving clients, business partners and suppliers
- Managing the switchboard, main entrance & internal doors, mail and couriers
- Preparing and supporting meetings, conference rooms and events
- Ordering, managing and handling company beverages, catering, office supplies, company equipment and tools
- Monitoring cleanliness and overseeing cleaning services for the premises
- Inspecting rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and equipment during daily operations
- Managing our stockroom, keys and access transponders
- Running errands
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping/preparatory accounting tasks
- Travel management (arrangements and coordination)
Requirements
- Quick learner with a hands-on mentality
- Friendly, reliable, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Enjoys varied tasks and can complete them independently and efficiently
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken
Benefits
