• Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management

• Monitor all Blankets in CRM
• Customer master data management
• Perform as a support for controlling (credit hold/overdue invoices reports)
• Oversee API requests and handle escalations
